To The
Curb

On August 29th, 2002, the
city of Savannah, Georgia was privy to the first screening of the
Super-16mm short, To The Curb, starring Bailey Davidson and
Roger Moss. Nine minutes in length, the piece was part of a senior
thesis show at the Savannah College of Art and Design. The mini-festival
was dubbed the name "18 Short" and featured works in film
and video.
The director of To The
Curb, Collin Pisarra, is responsible for both the original screenplay
and directing his first major independent short film. With an audience
over 2,000 in attendance, the film was met with thunderous laughter
and nostalgic merriment.
